Tenants are logical work spaces separating model and data, perhaps for separate use cases or business units that can live in the same Kobai Pod.
Kobai Pod Administrator has an option to whitelabel its user experience through basic customization options found under Branding. Once enabled they will be applied to every tenant in the Pod.
Tenant admins are different from Pod Administrator and are only allowed to logon to assigned tenants. There must be at least one Administrator per Tenant in order to be able to login to it, add more admins or users.
After Kobai has been deployed to a cloud environment, it must be configured before it can be used. This is indicated by a default page that all users will see indicating the pod is not ready for use.
A cloud installation of Kobai is called a pod. All users of a pod share cloud resources and a common authentication scheme. Separate work spaces called tenants may be created that logically separate model configurations and data.
